Aw cmon people! he's the coolest director out there.. sure he's only made about 10 movies in total that were succesful and are well known but he's changed the movie industry! First of all without him there wouldn't be the satisfying music at the end of movies today..with the hundreds of pages long of credits lol

He also founded Industrial Lights and Magic.. the most amazing special effects place out there both back then and still now..

He created starwars!!! I mean the most amazazing thing out there ever!! it beats any other movie series out there still and if you have doubts go watch it.. You can go anywhere in the world and say may the force be with you and people will know what ur talking about! he's cool

Ok, i wouldnt say he is an over all cool guy, he has had 3 wives i believe, atleast more than 1 i kno that, and Ep III would have been even better, if he knew how to write love scenes, he was good, but he wasnt good alone, it was him with the combined effort of the other pple behind the scenes, i dont give credit for the Star Wars films' success just to him, granted he did a majority of the work for the depth of things, but it also goes with the other pple. IM may have been founded by him, but he does nothing with it, he just owns it, thats it. Really, he created a great universe, but i think u have to think a little out of the box when it comes to the Star Wars series and George Lucas instead of being so black and white about, no offense pj, im just saying. He is one of the few great imaginative minds out there tho.

Ya your right.. he's a very depressed guy and he did Start a bunch of stuff, but people (even me) give him too much credit sometimes.. But he's a great storyteller that's why i like him alot and that's why he's a great movie director

Yeah, i kno, he is a great storyteller, and thats y he does deserve alot of the credit, so, yeah, but its just those other little flaws that make him seem different than i used to think he was, but yeah, the fact that he is a great and imaginative storyteller really shouldnt be overlooked, so i totally agree with u in that aspect, but actually, im curious to here every1 elses opinions of him, lol (wink wink).
