I know this may seem sort of odd, but it's set up for it really nice, Halo was a big game on the console and is pretty famous, although halo 3 burnt out pretty quick because of Call of Duty 4 and the last installment of the Halo games is going to be an RTS (on a console), which seems pretty fail, the Halo universe would make a really great set of movies
It has action, it already has fans, it already has a great and known storyline, that famous commercial creates a whole new world of how it could be

The villains are horrible, the humans are more advanced and seem to be doing well but then are on their last leg, politics! It could be screwed up really easily, but it could also be made into a phenomenon
