if there was a problem like that.. it'd be your computer.. or the sites your going to.. and the probability that more than one of the sites you go to is under repair is highly unlikely...
Check your connection, your firewall, your cookies, and virusware.. also if you have wireless or an internet with the icon in the bottom of the screen (with the clock and other icons too) right click on it, and if there's a "repair" option try that.. it usually fixes things..
also on msn you can click on connection on the options menu.. see if your connected to their service.. and if your not, you can click on the troubleshooter, it might tell you what's up, either it being your ip address or dns server connections.. most internet problems aren't permanent.. and if they are either the people are too stupid to fix it and go omg get the ISP company!!!!!! or something's actually wrong with their connection..
it also matters.. do you have dial up or highspeed? (if you have dial up you have to go through the dialing thing with all the noises and everything from your computer, to connect to the internet)

he then slowly pulls a lever
which sets off a mechanism
which does nothing whatsoever
but the nothing that it does
negates the everything we know
because it's screaming "Just because!"
because it's neither friend or foe
and so we label it a menace
or a grandiose work of art.
From its finale to its genesis
we slowly pull it all apart.
That's the beauty of it--
It doesn't do anything.
