The almost a third of a century old question? Mac or Pc? which do you think is better? Sure pc has compatibility.. But it always copies mac's/apples ideas...it's constantly plagued with viruses.. and when it comes up with good security software that protects you from viruses it slows you down and is always popping up allow this? allow that? It also lacks some very important graphicsness that make you proud to have ur pc in the open instead of hiding it in the corner...

I myself am a macintosh fan as you can tell.. Just because they come up with great ideas and add great new features to the idea to make it even bigger than it would be by itself (ex. iPhone or iPod).. They also have good graphics and what not... Although they lack games and compatibility.. They're fixing that by being able to run microsoft on ur mac! their protection software is also pretty sweet and it doesn't slow you down much or give you annoying messages all the time... Although i do use microsoft and love it still.. Mac has become higher on my list.... (And the next computer i'm buying is definitely gonna be a mac..)
Edit: also mac is just a ton of easier to use! If you'd put somebody that's never used a computer b4, then they'd figure out mac a whole lot faster than microsoft..
Edit to the second power: Microsoft=Compatibility Mac=Media and fun! that's pretty much what i said in those paragraphs above

Here's a couple of pretty cool (hilarious) videos that demonstrate the conflict and the pro's and con's... and are pretty funny...

That's it for now...

btw i'm posting this through safari! mwuahahhaha! (even though it's running on my pc Sad )

Lol I've grown up with PCs my whole life, but Macs are amazing. First of all the company in general is very smart and unique. I mean Steve Jobs (the CEO) wears jeans like everywhere. All magazine articles I've seen show that mac users have the best satisfaction for almost all feilds of their computers such as customer support. Vista (in my opinion) copied a lot off the style of Mac OS X Tiger. And now aple is making their new oopperatiing system Mac OS X Leopard, which will be even better. I think the only reason Mac isnt as popular is because it is simply different and people are scared by it because its out of their comfort zone.

k i think PC's are way better computer wise but Apple smokes everyone elses butts when it comes to portable devies Etc. Ipod, Iphone, soon they will have the Ifridge where you can take pictures, store food, store drinks, listen to music, watch videos, have a sushi bar, makes tacos for you, and it will cost like 200,000 dollars and all the fat geeks will wait in line for a year to get one so they can add it up on thier "I" colletion

idk but the one thing i like about macs alot is that everything integrates... like you can get a playlist of songs into a slideshow of pictures real easily.. and putting programs together done is a completely different program can be done in only 2 or 3 clicks
But on a pc that stuff is usually impossible, everything's saved in different formats and they can't be opened in other programs at all and if they can you usually have to go through some work..i'm not saying it's impossible but almost everything that comes with the mac and are mac featured on the site like all the programs with iLife and all that fit together like a bag of skittles and m&m's.. they're different things but you take an m&m and put it in the skittle bag and it still tastes alright!

It's just so simple on mac..

lol chase nice i love it... but yeah PJ all the apple software can do that intigration because it was all made byt he same ppl. Most PC apps we use are all diferent so its harder to do stuff like that... but on the other hand there are hardware suites like Adobe CS and Microsoft Expression where there is a lot of integration

i thought iCarly was just a cute name, i didnt think it had ne thing to do with apple at all..................or am i totally misunderstanding u?

And, i guess mac is trying to make a comback, but think about it, pc has been superior for so long. I doubt they will be able to beat them out. Not to mention, alot of pc games tend to side with pcs over macs, and i dont blame them. Mac had their generation, but that was before bill gates. I just really doubt it.

iCarly has nothing to do with apple at all.. iStuff is just used alot when dealing with personal stuff and technology usually like iRobot or iWashingmachine.. They do use mac computers though and their laptop instead of having an apple on the back it has a pear...

Apple did have it's age and everything.. but Bill Gates is a fricken moron!!!!!! he's rich and all but cmon all he did was copy the mouse and fix some stuff up and it was like blammo microsoft this microsoft that.. and i think it was just because something went wrong with macintosh because steve jobs left or something with money? idk? but Steve Jobs is really cool.. i think this already said but he only gets paid 1 dollar a year.. is really casual and is amazing when it comes to presentations...

Also Macs against PC's in gaming? rofl nick.. umm pc definitely wins there just because macs don't even have games!! they have lil widget games like sudoku but ya.. mac gaming doesn't exist... YET!..... Mac does have a plan with EA sports to be able to play games on macs.. (harry potter, football, all those sport games, lord of the rings..., and what not).. Umm but ya.. Empires Rise and Fall.. Mac Rised and Fell in a 5 year span, and microsoft rose and fell in like a 15-20 year span.. so it's possible mac can come back because they weren't up too long.. Who knows? maybe linux will rise?! rofl ya right.... well maybe...but i doubt itl....
That's all Jokes!

Yeah, i did notice the pear instead of an apple thing in an episode of Drake & Josh, when she is like playing whale sounds, lol. I thought it was hilarious that they used a pear, lol.
Btw, with the mac and pc gaming, exactly, because gaming has become widely known now, and if u cant play good games on a mac, then gamers would have no need for them, so thats y the pc reigns supreme, they r available to a more widely known userbase. Now sure, macs r quite popular for business reasons and such, but, just making a deal with one company of gaming is not going to boost the sale sizes of macs to where it will become as widely used as pcs. I dont blame them for trying to make a comback, they just need to kno when they have a lost cause. They have the ipod which makes them enough money, and it looks like the iPhone is rolling them in some more cash although it didnt reach their expactations, its just that i think their investments would be worth more if put into things like iPhone crap and more iPods and what not.

And btw, u have no idea how much of a genius bill gates was, i have read 3 biographies on him and 4 news articles, so u have nothing on him. I'd like to see u pull off what he has done. Not cool dude. And Steve Jobs left macintosh because he didnt agree with the way they ran things, there was some money issues yes, but he mainly disagreed with how mac ran things.
