How many people are currently reading Pendragon? How many people need to start right now? How many are currently on the edge of their seat because they did IN FACT read the ninth book, are are currently regretting not waiting until they were all out? (Tenth one is coming out on May 12th, by the way)

But enough rhetorical questions. I really hope that SOMEONE has read these books other than me, because, seriously. Amazing. A little confusing at times, but very rarely predictable.

I've never heard of it, what's it about?

It's about this guy named Bobby Pendragon (no dragons, sorry) who get pulled away from his life to save the universe, which is actually 10 different times/places. It's sorta confusing, 'cause it's fewer worlds than it is "territories". There are three different time periods of earth, and another pair of territories are the same world too, just at different times. But it's very discriptive, and by the time you think you've got the books figured out, the author throws something completely new at you.

Anyway, Bobby fights this evil guy named Saint Dane, and they try to keep the territories from going into chaos. And part of what makes it interesting is that Bobby can't actually physically fight very well until about halfway through the series, and there are plenty of fights before that.

So yeah. Read 'em.
